I believe in the power of habit, in your body's innate ability to heal itself when given the right conditions, in finding your purpose at 73-years-old, in balance both on and off the yoga mat, in coffee and dark chocolate, in taking care of yourself first, in doing the hard things, in morning sun and fresh air, in celebrating small wins, and I believe in you.

Just think of us as Bender from The Breakfast Club who turned from stoner to wellness junkie and has been through a hell of a lot of therapy - still rebellious and free-thinking, still wearing a flannel and black boots

(although they're Chelsea), still defying authority and breaking the rules.

We cover health, nutrition, exercise, wellness, as well as break down the tedious science and medical jargon that matters to you. We're transparent, suspicious and believe in tough love and hard truths.
